Under the State Statutes we must charge State Sales Taxes to our New York customers. If you provide us your New York State Tax ID as a merchant purchasing and re-selling our products, you can be exempt from paying The New York State Sales Tax since you agree to collect that tax at the time of their re-sale.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your selection you must e-mail us at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt. Please have your invoice ready so we can obtain the information required to process your return. All items must be returned in their original condition meaning that the wrap/package must not be tampered with or opened. All returns must be unopened and in their original condition.For your protection we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment. After receipt of the returned item we will process a refund of the original purchase price. Sorry we cannot refund the original cost of shipment. Please make sure that the original packaging is intact. If we find upon inspection it has been tampered with we may have to institutute a recovery cost to allow the item to be re-sellable to our other clients as a new item. Please allow 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. We will notify you by e-mail on the complete status of your return request.

Yes! Jazpizaz welcomes international orders. Shipping rates will have to be quoted prior to final placement of order. You can e-mail us the details of your order request at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will promptly reply. Or, you can place an order leaving the freight cost incomplete. E-mail us at email@example.com that your order request is pending and we will quote you international shipping rates to your destination promptly. In both cases no charges apply to your credit card until shipment is made. If the quoted shipping rates do not meet your liking you may cancel the order at that time.

We use the US Postal Service (Delivery Confirmed) for most of our shipments. From time to time we will use Federal Express especially for customers requesting fast turn around. Please see our shipping policy page for additonal details. Sorry we cannot ship to post office boxes, APO and FPO addresses. EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE WE HAVE BACKORDERS. WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY E-MAIL SHOULD THIS OCCUR WITH AN ESTIMATED TIMETABLE. EVERY EFFORT WILL BE MADE TO TURN AROUND BACKORDERS WITHIN THREE WEEKS. If this is not acceptable you may cancel your order. Often we run a promotion where shipping costs on Hair Bun Covers are "free." When this is in place if our customer combines purchases with other items outside of the Hair Bun Cover category the cost of shipping follows the rates established for the purchase based on the total dollar value of the other items. Our shipping costs reflect a small handiling charge to cover the cost of packaging.

It depends upon many factors. The time or day you place your order, the shipping method you choose, as well as the destination (is it rural or metropolitan) but generally speaking you should receive your order anytime from 1-9 days after you place it. Shipments to Alaska, Hawai and Puerto Rico may take longer. Please be assured we will process your order quickly and if there should be a problem we want to hear from you after nine days. We try to be prompt! Depending on the time of day your order is placed it will be processed quickly. We ship weekdays and if needed on Saturdays by noontime. Please allow an extra day to ship during peak busy seasons. Shipments to Alaska, Hawai and Puerto Rico may take a little longer.
